Now living in Denton on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Josh is originally from Columbia Maryland and got his Criminal Justice Degree from Howard Community College. He has been in real estate and specifically new home sales since 2003.

In 2005, Josh was awarded the prestigious Salesperson of the Year Award from the Homebuilder’s Association of Maryland thanks not only to his great sales achievements, but also to his dedication to overall customer satisfaction. Josh has helped many families to build their dream home all the while offering an unparallel dedication to the building details and giving his customers a memorable and enjoyable home building experience. Josh is astutely aware that he is not just in the business of building new homes, and he prides himself on helping his customers build a better quality of life for themselves.

Josh has been married to his wife Amy since 2003, and in January 2008, Josh and Amy welcomed their first child, Sophia Elizabeth into the world.
