Although Heather is no stranger to sales, she is a brand new face in the new home sales industry.  Her formal training and education was geared towards accounting, but it soon became apparent that Heather thrived in the sales arena.  In June of 2007, Heather was asked by President/CEO Rob Lisle, of Insight Homes to bring her enthusiasm and sales experience to work in the new home sales industry and Rob hired Heather as Sales and Marketing Manager.  Insight Homes is the winner of the Regal Award for "Best Built Green Home in Delaware" and Heather believes in their company and in their products.  Having this confidence in the difference that Insight Homes can make in the building industry; it did not take long for Heather to learn the new home business and to grow committed to the Insight Homes mission.  From June of 2007 through the end of 2008, Heather individually sold 20 homes, totaling over $4.5 million in sales, and managed the sale of 25 additional homes, for another $5 million.
