6 Month and 12 Month HVAC and Plumbing Check and Filter Change In addition to providing better equipment and filters in the beginning, Insight Homes also include a 6 and 12 month maintenance visit to each of our homes. We follow a 10 point check list, including changing air filters, vacuum bag, and check the plumbing seals under the house. We believe that preventive maintenance is a key factor in protecting what may quite possibly be the largest investment you will ever make.
